What currency are the products sold in on the website?
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for shipping time. It will take 5 to 7 business days for your item to be delivered, but due to COVID there may be delays that’s beyond our control. We use Royal Mail to deliver our products. 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a  refund.

You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund your money, but excluding any shipping fee. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order, but you must cancel your order before it’s shipped. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, you must  notify us via email at hellojakite@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We can only change the address if the order haven’t been shipped yet. No refund will be given for providing us with the wrong address.
